Happy Christmas from all of us at Recliners!

Twas the week before Christmas and all was still in the Recliners workshop…

The elves have put the final touches to the last of the Christmas orders, the reindeers have been sent on their way and now it’s just a few of us left here in the Recliners workshop to sweep the floors and close things down for another year.

We know you’re busy wrapping pressies, testing your pudding mix and making up the spare bed for Aunt Beryl, so we won’t keep you long this month. But we did just want to say a huge thank you for your support throughout the last year, and to wish all our customers at Recliners a very Happy Christmas and New Year. We hope you have a fantastic festive period and we look forward to catching up with you in the New Year.

This time of year is always a good moment for reflection, so we thought we would dedicate this month’s Inside Recliners to some of our favourite memories from 2016. It’s certainly been a great year for us, with some fantastic new models, some great new contracts and of course, the chance to meet so many of you at events, on the road or even in the workshop.

Here are a few of our highlights – we look forward to enjoying more with you in 2017!

New Models Released in 2016

The Cheltenham

We were delighted to get this model on the market earlier in the year. Designed for the home, it’s one of our most innovative models yet with a 10-point heat and massage system, numerous back support options and reflex foam cushions as standard. We’re proud to say that feedback for this has been outstanding – many customers will be enjoying a comfortable Christmas afternoon in front of the telly in their Cheltenham.

The Sherwood

Another newbie for the domestic range, the Sherwood is one of our most versatile chairs. The stylish design and range of available fabrics and finishes mean have meant that The Sherwood has fit seamlessly into homes all around the country.

The Newark

A stylish chair for the healthcare setting, the Newark offers superior comfort for a complete range of postural requirements. We released this model back in January and it has been great to hear feedback from OTs and healthcare professionals about how the range of back supports has helped their patients find greater comfort.

The Newark

The Matlock

We created this chair specifically for healthcare settings such as day care centres, nursing homes and hospitals. We used an antibacterial, easy-clean fabric, while ensuring that the chair retained maximum comfort. An elegant, comfortable chair that has proved very popular with healthcare centres and their patients alike.
